1、黄油胡乱涂抹

1. Daub butter

黄油的主要作用是润滑和密封。所以有的修理工在维修的过程当中,就会在汽缸垫上涂抹黄油,认为这样可以增加柴油发动机的密封性能。可是这确实大错特错的。因为如果在汽缸垫上涂抹黄油，当汽缸螺栓拧紧时，必然会有一部分黄油流入到气缸当中，剩下的在外部的黄油在受到高温影响之后还会造成缸垫、缸盖与机体平面之间发生一定的缝隙，这样反倒是降低了缸垫原本的密封性。

机油在巷道装载机当中的作用尤为巨大，很多修理工对此都很重视，他们完全按照标准要求进行添加，但是很多的修理工却忘记了对机油质量检查和蜕变机油的更换。长期的只是添加而不更换机油，就会使得发动机的很多部件在润滑较差的环境下工作，所造成的磨损远超正常状态。而且柴油机在运转的过程当中，很多的污物也会进入到机油当中，如果定期不更换机油,很容易引发烧瓦、抱轴等意外事故。

在安装活塞销的过程当中，应该先让活塞受热膨胀，很多的维修人员为了贪图方便直接将其放在明火上进行加热，但是因为活塞各部位的薄厚是不均匀的，放在明火上加热就会造成其受热不均,容易引发变形。所以正确的加热方式，是应该将活塞放入到热油当中进行加热。
