混凝土凝结在水泥搅拌车罐里面,缘由有好多,除了没有及时清洗搅拌罐外,其中主要是搅拌车发动机不能运作,没有动力输入液压机而招致液压机中止工作,使装料罐不能转动而让混凝土凝结在搅拌车罐里面。

我们知道,混凝土是由集料(砂、石子)、胶凝材料(常用的有水泥)和水按一定比例配制而成的建筑材料。初拌混凝土是可流动的,可以利用模板做成各种形状。混凝土的凝固主要是由于水泥和水、空气发生化学反应。水泥从加水拌合开始凝固的时间称为初凝时间,完全失去流动性的时间称为终凝时间。

The time of cement mixing with water to the beginning of setting is called initial setting time, and the time of completely losing fluidity is called final setting time.
方法一:混凝土凝固后,其主要成分是硅酸二钙、硅酸三钙。理论上讲,盐酸可以与之反应解除其固态形状。由于搅拌车的料口很小,盐酸量难以控制,且盐酸也可以与搅拌车罐体发生反应,所以操作很难实现。实践中出现这种情况,往往是用电焊或气割切开罐体,然后将凝固的混凝土机械破碎。

In practice, electric welding or gas cutting is often used to cut the tank, and then the solidified concrete is broken mechanically.
方法二:用“风炮”打碎凝结的混凝土,然后一点点铲出来!罐体下部要割开一个口,加翻开一个原来就有用罗丝上紧的一个封盖,这个盖是让有需求进去工作时翻开通风和紧急情况用来放料的。

This cover is used to turn on the air when there is a need to go in for work and to discharge materials in case of emergency.
而在打罐过程中人在罐里面要通风,在装料罐入口放台风扇吹风进去,而“风炮”工作时会搞起灰尘,又要接上水管淋湿打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的再混凝土打碎铲出以后再打割开部分焊接上,上回封盖,装满水试下转动能否正常,再少量装料递增看液压机工作能否正常,一切正常即可以继续运作了。
