In the running in period, it is overloaded for a long time, which leads to the frequent occurrence of early faults of the machine. 一、小型混凝土搅拌车磨合期的注意事项

1、搅拌车起步先预热，制动分离合。尽量避免紧急制动，否则不仅会使磨合中的制动系统受到重创而且会加大底盘对搅拌车发动机的冲击负荷。

2、需要声明的是，“先离后刹”的做法是在磨合非常时期，并且在非常状况(紧急刹车)时采取的保护搅拌车发动机的措施。切不能作为好习惯长期使用，当搅拌车度过了“保育”期，从搅拌车离合器保养方面讲，就应是“先刹后离”，有不少新手在学车时，因害怕熄火，念念不忘脚踏离合，要减速就先踩下离合，即使是挂了高档或低档行驶，也为了换档方便，离合不离脚。这样刹车、换档，对于新手可能会使车子开得平稳些，但对搅拌车离合器却会造成不小的伤害。

3、还有人习惯在停车时，挂一档踩离合等候，或是摘了空档还踩着离合器，认为这样可以使起步动作简化。但是，这种习惯会使左腿始终都处在用力状态，无法放松，易使驾驶者疲劳，更严重的是会造成搅拌车离合器长时间处于磨损状态。合理使用油料一般来讲，轿车的油料是越越好，这里讲的是指使用性能，而不仅仅是精美的包装、昂贵的价格。汽油机应选用SE级，柴油机应以CL－4级为佳。于汽油，高辛烷植的油应为磨合期，以防爆燃，如遇点火困难，应推迟点火时间，并及时换搅拌车的档和避免急加速。

Se should be selected for gasoline engine and CL-4 for diesel engine. As for gasoline, the oil with high octane should be the first choice in running in period to prevent deflagration. In case of difficulty in ignition, the ignition time should be delayed, and the gear of mixer should be changed in time to avoid rapid acceleration.

1、由于工程机械是特殊车辆，操作人员应接受生产厂家的培训、指导，对机器的结构、性能有充分的了解，并获得一定的操作及维护经验方可操作机器。生产厂家提供的产品使用维护说明书，是操作者操作设备的必备资料，在操作机器前，一定要先阅读使用维护说明书，按说明书的要求进行操作、保养。

2、注意磨合期的工作负荷，磨合期内的工作负荷一般不要超过额定工作负荷的80％，并要安排适合的工作量，防止机器长时间连续作业所引起的过热现象的发生。

3、注意经常观察各仪表指示，出现异常，应及时停车予以排除，在原因未找到，故障未排除前，应停止作业。
