1.检查液压泵是否可以输出液压油。如果是没有液压油输出的新型液压泵,则可能是泵体存在铸造缺陷(收缩,沙眼等),因此吸油腔和液压腔已连接,并且油压丢失,应及时更换制造商。如果不是新的液压泵,并且没有液压油输出,则可能无法正确操纵泵,并且零件可能会严重磨损或损坏。及时更换它们。
1. Check whether the hydraulic pump can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new type of hydraulic pump without hydraulic oil output, it may be that the pump body has casting defects (shrinkage, trachoma, etc.), so the oil suction chamber and hydraulic chamber have been connected, and the oil pressure is lost, so the manufacturer should be replaced in time. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, the pump may not be operated correctly and parts may be severely worn or damaged. Replace them in time.
