1、缸体衬板的磨损程度检查，针对搅拌臂和搅拌刀的检查要少每周一次，保持良好的清洁工作，并且要注意查看是不是有松动移位的现象，如果磨损的程度达到一半，就要注意更换，衬板厚度2-3mm时，须更换。

1. Check the wear degree of cylinder liner. Check the mixing arm and mixing knife at least once a week. Keep good cleaning and check whether there is looseness and displacement. If the wear degree reaches half, pay attention to replacement. When the thickness of liner is 2-3mm, replace it.

2、螺栓松紧度也要及时进行检查，一般来说新换的搅拌机耐磨件工作两天就要进行检查，查看是不是有松动现象。
