1、检查保险开关:

混凝土搅拌机是通过液压传动系统来驱动罐体的,液压油散热系统中容易出现故障的就是保险开关,因此在故障发生后,及时检查保险开关。

电机是整个散热系统中为关键的部件,散热效果的好与坏,和电机的转速及运行的平稳状态有着直接的关系,它由连接车辆电瓶的电控盒直接供电,用电力驱动电机高速运转,来带走热交换器当中的额热量,给液压油降温。

混凝土搅拌机利用液压油散热器来进行降温。热交换器上装有电机驱动风扇进行散热,让液压油正常工作,上面的机械式指针通过检测管路当中的负压,如果出现读数证明液压油滤清器可能出现堵塞,刚开始出现的时候只需要拔掉上面的橡胶指针归零,如果后面还出现读书且拔掉橡胶塞之后还不了的话,就需要更换液压油滤芯了。

温度传感器位于热交换器的进油管上,它的作用就是检测液压油的温度,混凝土搅拌机散热系统发生故障后,如果确认不是保险的问题,那就检查温度传感器。
The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger. Its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. If the cooling system of the concrete mixer fails, and it is confirmed that it is not a problem of insurance, check the temperature sensor.
5、检查散热器控制盒:

散热控制盒监控和接受温度传感其传递过来的信号,当温度数据超过设定值后,自动接通散热风扇的电路,让空气流通降低液压油的温度,因此散热控制盒损坏后,散热系统就不能正常工作,需要及时更换,一般情况下,散热器控制盒不容易损坏。

When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the heat dissipation fan is automatically connected to allow air circulation to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Therefore, the heat dissipation system cannot work normally after the heat dissipation control box is damaged, and it needs to be replaced in time. Generally, the heat dissipation control box is not easy to be damaged.
